100 grams boneless chicken (cut into thin strips)
1 red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
1 yellow pepper (cut into thin strips)
1 onion (medium-size, thinly sliced)
4 garlic cloves (fine chopped)
salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp (/paste)
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoons peanuts (roasted and crushed)
1 whole lemon
1 tablespoon greens (chopped spring onion)
1 tablespoon bean sprouts (mung, moong)
